Use of Our Site. Exercise with Erica is committed to providing a safe and positive experience to all users on our Site. To help us do that, you will need you to follow a few basic rules when you’re here. When using our Site, you must comply with all applicable laws, including federal, state, and local laws and the laws of your jurisdiction.

You also agree not to not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Exercise with Erica content is not for resale. By doing so, you consent to the release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.

Cancellation/Refund Policy. Missed classes can be made up by attending another class during the current session only. Exercise with Erica does  not reimburse for missed classes.
