High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class
Exercise with Erica HIIT workouts are interval training sessions that alternate short periods of cardio exercises with intense muscle conditioning, followed by brief recovery periods.
We complete three rounds of exercises, using 8-10 different moves per round. We start with 30 seconds for each move, with 15-second breaks in between. After the first round, we take a one-minute break and then increase to 40 seconds in the second round, then 45 seconds for the last round.
Our moves are high intensity but you can adjust them to your comfort level. The goal is for you to increase your strength and endurance throughout the session. We'll finish the class with arms and abs exercises. We recommend using 2 sets of weights, light (2-5lb) and heavy (8-10lb), along with a mat and water.
Arms & Abs Class
A fat-burning and toning class that focuses on our problem areas. Gain upper body strength, trim your midsection and get tank top ready shoulders and defined arms in this class. We use a combination of exercises that are fun and challenging while hitting the muscles from all planes. We recommend using 2 sets of weights, light (2-5lb) and heavy (8-10lb), along with a mat and water.
Muscle Conditioning
We will work all your major muscle groups from quads, arms, and abs to your gluteus maximus! You will need a mat and two sets of weights- light and heavy. (ex: 5lb and 10lb)
